The Vision
JAY-DAY is a proposed three-part experiential event series exploring the foundations of success in business, creativity, and culture. The inaugural gathering is envisioned as an intimate experience with room to grow in 2027 and beyond.
The proposed use of JAY-Z's name or likeness, and any affiliation with the Shawn Carter Foundation, is subject to express written approval. No endorsement or partnership is implied.

Staggered entry may be offered to guests attending the evening experience only. The 40/40 Club naming is a proposed concept subject to required permissions.
Partnership Opportunity
TEOS Event Design proposes contributing 20% of event ticket sales to the Shawn Carter Foundation, with the intention that the contribution support financial literacy programming at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, subject to the Foundation's agreement and applicable terms.
We respectfully request consideration of a charitable partnership and permission to use relevant JAY-Z-associated naming in the event presentation. This is a request for approval, not an announcement of an existing relationship.
